Welcome to the
Lenovo North America Marketing Asset Request Tool

Summary

This new process and tool is designed to do the following:
     . enable an easier, more efficient ordering process
     . better track inventory levels
     . offer 'one stop shop' for your event needs
     . allow the team to maximize and share its resources

Loan Period

The program will limit the loan period of products and assets to seven days (1 week) and is subject to approval. There will be occasions where extension periods are permitted, but this will be also subject to approval by Elizabeth Barfield.

How to Apply

Access to the tool is limited to members of Lenovo's NA marketing team who have been granted ordering priviledges. Please email Elizabeth Barfield, ebarfield@lenovo.com, for details if you wish to be added to the tool. Alli is the owner of this program, and the only one who can approve access.


Frequently Asked Questions

What can we order via this process?

      Most Think and Idea products are available, as are zap banners, tablecloths, extension cords, powerstrips, event kits, and some misc. items such as pens. If you need something that is not identified in the order menu, please contact Elizabth Barfield ebarfield@lenovo.com for assistance.

How do I cancel or modify an order?

     Should you need to change the details or cancel an already submitted order, please send an email to LenovoNA@vernoncomputersource.com (or call Randall Graham at 919.354.1578) with your request number and details of your request. Vernon will reach out to you within 4 working hours.

How long does it take for an order to be approved and shipped?

    - Ideally products and other assets are ordered at least 1-2 weeks in advance. We will ship your order using the least expensive option available, given the date the items are due. We will ship overnight as necessary but to save costs, we prefer that you order products with enough time to ship at a cost savings.

    - We do understand that requirements change. If you have an immediate need or an urgent request, please contact Vernon Computer Source at LenovoNA@vernoncomputersource.com or call Randall Graham at 919.354.1578.

What if something breaks or doesn't work when it arrives or when I pack it up?

     - All machines are thoroughly tested and updated before they leave the warehouse. If you encounter an issue, please contact Vernon immediately at LenovoNA@vernoncomputersource.com or call Randall Graham at 919.354.1578. If Vernon has techs in the area, we can attempt to rectify the issue on site, or Vernon will overnight new products for arrival first thing the following day.

     - Should the return label be misplaced or lost, please reach out to Vernon, and a new label will be issued to return the product back to Vernon's warehouses.

     - Once the product is returned to the warehouse, we run diagnostics, check the machine for damage, repair or reload to fix any problems, and put it back on the shelf to go back out. We are a warranty self maintainer and can fix most problems.
